                     Change it up a bit and serve up a loaded potato instead of a sandwich with your soup.  The microwave makes it quick and easy.  We added our favorite toppings but feel free to add what you like.  It’s a great way to use up leftovers from the fridge! 
                                        
                        Instructions
                        
                            Place the potato halves, cut-side up, on a microwavable plate.  Cover with plastic wrap.  Microwave on HIGH for 4 minutes or until tender.Top the the potato halves with the sour cream, bacon, cheese and green onion.  Season to taste.
